AnisimovThe Department of Music of the Moscow Socio-Pedagogical Institute invites you to enjoy the refined world of music in the variety of its modern and classical styles. Your guides will be highly-qualified professors, most of whom are Doctors of Education, prize winners of many national and international contests and festivals.
Our graduates are professional performers who combine concert tours in Russia and abroad (USA, UK, Japan, China, Thailand) with training classical and modern vocal, playing different musical instruments (piano, violin, percussion instruments etc.).
Reforms of musical education in Russia promote the development of the creative personality capable of self-realization in different fields of musical activity both on the stage and in pedagogy.
The Department of Music of MSPI trains Bachelors and Masters of Arts in Music who successfully combine professional performing activity in the classical and modern art with teaching music.
The Department of Music is a young, flexible and fast developing team, ready for innovative projects in the sphere of musical arts and sensitive to the requirements of the contemporary job market. Students of the Department have extensive training in music and actively participate in national and international contests where they win high prizes.
The Department trains vocalists and instrumentalists of the classical genre who are capable of playing Haydn, Mozart, Beethoven, Tchaikovsky, Mussorgsky etc. as well as the modern genres (jazz, blues, rhythm & blues, pop, rock, hip hop & rap etc.).
Pop and Jazz Center is established at the Department. Its main objectives are:

2. Two-Year Course of training in Classical and Modern Arts (certificate provided)
